Book Review by Diana Bowen This first book by author Laura Elizabeth is full of mystery, terror, mysticism and romance. It is not for unimaginative or the faint of heart. But for those who believe that the past, present and beyond exist simultaniously it takes you on a wonderful journey. You travel with two families whose lives are intertwined in ways they cannot fathom in their Appalachian dreams. One family has generations of loving clairvoyant women who wonder if their gift is not in fact a curse and another family who are truly cursed with torture, deaths and anguish.
